Walk/Wade Fishing Guided Trips -

Our wade fishing trips take place on smaller streams and lakes which are not accessible with a drift boat.  Therefore, these trips are great for anglers who like to gear up and hike to remote fishing areas. Our rivers and high mountain streams provide back country anglers with endless fly fishing opportunities and miles of access. So, wading allows anglers to fish more methodically and learn to read water effectively.

Best times to wade fish

Low water flow periods occur during the fishing season in early spring and late summer or early fall months.  Therefore, wade fishing during these times is a good option.  Also,  we are able to provide anglers with more personalized instruction.  First, we can concentrate more on teaching casting techniques.  Second, we are also able to focus more on technical fly fishing skills.  Some of the skills we might focus on could be knot tying, leader building and learning to set up two fly setups.

Our guides are passionate about teaching fly fishing whether it be wading or floating.  They are knowledgeable, friendly and always have a great attitude even during challenging fishing conditions.
